PROCESS:
1- Installation of suspended scaffolding as well as collective and individual protective equipment.
2- Demolition of areas of detached walls by mechanical equipment. Demolition of walls.
3- Installation of aluminum railings anchored with Sikamonotop 3130 R4 mortar.
4- Washing and paint stripping with pressure washer.
5- Repair of detached concrete supports with Sikmanonotop 910 and Sikamonotop 412 S systems
6- Sealing of joints between walls and window and glass closures with SikaBoom + Sikahyflex 250 facade or SikaBoom + Sikahyflex 250 facade.
7- Filling small movement gaps with Sikawall 303 fibers fillers
8- Apply primer with Sikawall 08 fixer
9- Application of two layers of Sika Color 671 W waterproofing paint in 2 colors.
