Procedure:
Restoration and painting of external slabs of the Hotel Flatotel located in Benalmádena Costa proceeding to the demolition of the cracked slab fronts. Cleaning of the rust from the concrete reinforcements. Given the serious state of degradation of the slabs of the building as a whole, SIKA MONOTOP 910 was chosen as an anti-corrosion treatment for the reinforcement of the concrete and as a bonding bridge. Subsequent application of SIKA MONOTOP 412 S which is a repair mortar R4. Application of fixative of anchorage and two layers of smooth covering on the external faces of the terraces that provides to the facing a protection of the external atmospheric agents.
