PROCESS:
1- Installation of suspended scaffolding as well as collective and individual protective equipment.
2- Demolition of areas of detached walls by mechanical means.
3- Washing and paint stripping with pressure washer.
4- Repair of detached concrete substrates with Sikmanonotop 910 and Sikamonotop 412 S systems.
5- Sealing of joints between walls and window and glazing frames with SikaBoom + Sikahyflex 250 facade or SikaBoom + Sikahyflex 250 facade.
6- Filling of small movement cracks with Sikawall 303 fibers.
7- Primer with Sikawall 08 fixative.
8- Application of two coats of Sika Color 671 W waterproofing paint in 2 colours.
