Procedure:

Restoration and painting of exterior floors of the Yate 4 Building located in Fuengirola proceeding to the demolition of the forged fronts of the cracked terraces. Subsequent application of SIKA MONOTOP 412 S which is a repair mortar R4. Application of fixative of anchorage and two layers of smooth covering on the external faces of the terraces that provides to the facing a protection of the external atmospheric agents.
