PROCESS:
1- Installation of hanging scaffolding and collective and individual means of protection.
2- Demolition of areas of detached walls by mechanical means.
3- Washing and paint stripping with pressure washer.
4- Repairing of detached concrete supports with Sikmanonotop 910 and Sikamonotop 412 S systems.
5- Sealing of joints between walls and window and glass closures with SikaBoom + Sikahyflex 250 facade or SikaBoom + Sikahyflex 250 facade.
6- Filling of small movement cracks with Sikawall 303 fibers fillers.
7- Priming with Sikawall 08 fixative.
8- Application of two coats of Sika Color 671 W waterproofing paint in 2 colors.
