We performed a full inspection of the basement to identify active cracks, water leaks and critical areas where pressure from the surrounding soil compromised the structure\u2019s watertightness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We applied an interior waterproofing system specifically designed to withstand negative hydrostatic pressure. We used Sika products that comply with standards for underground structures exposed to high water table levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We completely sealed the surfaces using cementitious waterproof mortars<\/strong> and liquid polyurethane membranes<\/strong> (such as Sikalastic), reinforced with mesh and primers to ensure optimal adhesion and long-term durability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We installed perimeter drains in strategic locations to divert accumulated water and reduce pressure on the walls, increasing the lifespan of the waterproofing system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\u2705 Achieved Benefits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
