At <strong>Rodr\u00edguez Ros<\/strong>, we have more than 50 years of experience in rehabilitation, restoration and waterproofing across Andalusia. This project perfectly reflects our approach: <strong>technical, rigorous, and using certified high-quality materials<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work Phases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Preparation and Diagnosis<\/strong><br>We performed a full inspection of the basement to identify active cracks, water leaks and critical areas where pressure from the surrounding soil compromised the structure\u2019s watertightness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Negative-side waterproofing with Sika systems<\/strong><br>We applied an interior waterproofing system specifically designed to withstand negative hydrostatic pressure. We used Sika products that comply with standards for underground structures exposed to high water table levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Application of membranes and waterproof mortars<\/strong><br>We completely sealed the surfaces using <strong>cementitious waterproof mortars<\/strong> and <strong>liquid polyurethane membranes<\/strong> (such as Sikalastic), reinforced with mesh and primers to ensure optimal adhesion and long-term durability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.
