Structural reinforcement in a house in Marbella with the following procedure:<\/p>\n

Reinforcement cleaning: Removal of rust from the reinforcement by mechanical brushing with a steel barb grinder.<\/p>\n

Application of a repair system based on cementitious mortars that follow the UNE-EN 1504 standard (a standard that includes the methodology and systems for repairing concrete structures):<\/p>\n

– Passivation of reinforcement: SIKA MONOTOP 910.<\/p>\n

– Application of an adhesion bridge: SIKA MONOTOP 910.<\/p>\n

– Application of a structural repair mortar R4: SIKA MONOTOP 412 S.<\/p>\n

Verification with TRAMEX of the humidity of the support (it cannot exceed 4%) and the dew point according to the technical specifications of the product.<\/p>\n

Application of two-component epoxy resin SIKADUR 30 on support for surface leveling. Subsequent application of SIKADUR 30 on carbon fiber sheets for the installation of the carbon fiber sheet SIKA CARBODUR on the support to be reinforced. Installation of carbon fibre sheet SIKA CARBODUR E 512.<\/p>\n
